Report:
I was fishing in a kayak with high winds. The fish were lethargic from a cold front and were super finicky. I was able to locate them in Tree tops. I caught them on a jig while bouncing and dragging it over the tree tops. They were super slow to eat it and I had to count to 10 before setting the hook.

Report:
Day 1 - October 16th
Temps started at 39 degrees with partly cloudy skies. Winds picked up to 25 mph by late morning with temps reaching 59 degrees. Fish were caught on a white spinnerbait, black/blue jig with junebug speedcraw trailer and redeye shad in sexy shad color. Fish mostly shallow water 2' to 5' with laydowns and brush.
Fished for approx 6 hours from 9 am to 3 pm
Day 2 - October 17th
Temps started at 46 degrees with cloudy skies. winds picked up again to 25 mph by late morning with temps reaching 62 degrees. Fish were caught white chatterbait with white mepps twin tail trailer and black/blue jig with junebug speedcraw trailer. Fish mostly shallow water 2' to 5' with laydowns and brush.
Fish approx for 4 hours from 8 am to 12 noon.
